Constant Art, supported by Constantine KSA, was appointed by the Royal Commission of AlUla to direct and manage the full package of arts management and logistics services for the 2024 edition of Desert X AlUla.

Appointed in August 2023, the Constant Art team oversaw the full arts management process until the opening of Desert X AlUla, from reviewing artists’ proposals and conducting feasibility studies for each artwork, to design refinement, fabrication, through to in-person artist liaison during the installation process.

In addition, our team supported community engagement efforts around the exhibition and coordinated all archival documentation of the exhibition pertaining to artwork production, installation, and the final artworks, through photography and drone footage.
